Kerala Sambar Magic Mix-100gm

Kerala Sambar Magic Mix is a ready to cook curry mix for preparing the Kerala Style Sambar. This pre-cooked mix contains Dal,Onion,Chilli,Masalas,Oil,Salt and all other ingredients required for preparing the gravy of Sambar. Only you need to add the boiled vegetables and water to this mix and cook for 5 minutes to get your delicious Kerala Sambar.

How to Prepare?

Step 1: Wash and Clean 500gms of cut vegetables for Sambar.

Step 2: Boil the Vegetables in 900 ml water.

Step 3: Add the Kerala Sambar Magic Mix to the boiled vegetables and water and boil for 5 minutes.

Optional: You can make Sambar gravy by boiling the Kerala Sambar Magic Mix in 900 ml water for 5 minutes.
