Kerala Pothu Roast-100gm

Kerala Pothu Roast Mix is a ready to cook curry mix for preparing the Pothu ( Beef ) roast. This pre-cooked mix contains Onion,Chilli,Masalas,Oil,Salt and all other ingredients for preparing the Pothu roast. You just need to add the cleaned Beef and water to this mix and cook till it is done. You can fry the marinated pieces in oil for Beef Fry.

How to Prepare?

Step 1: Wash and Clean 1Kg of Beef pieces.

Step 2: Marinate the beef pieces with Kerala Pothu Roast Mix for 15 minutes ( If beef is less than 1Kg, take the mix proportionately )

Step 3:

For Roast: Add 400ml water to the marinated beef pieces and cook till done.

For Fry : Deep fry the marinated beef pieces in oil.
