Kerala Meat Curry Mix -100gm

Kerala Meat Curry Mix is a ready to cook curry mix for preparing the Meat curry. This pre-cooked mix contains Onion,Chilli,Masalas,Oil,Salt and all other ingredients for preparing the Meat curry. You just need to add the cleaned meat(Buffalo/Pork/Mutton) and water/coconut milk to this mix and cook till it is done.

How to prepare.

Step 1. Wash and clean 1kg of meat pieces (Buffalo/Mutton/ Pork)

Step 2. Marinate the meat pieces with Kerala Meat Curry mix ( if the meat is less than 1kg, take the mix proportionately) for 15 minutes.

Step 3. Cook the marinated meat with 600ml water till it done.

Optional: You can use coconut milk instead of water for better taste.
