Kerala Kadala Curry Mix-100gm

Kerala Kadala Curry Mix is a ready to cook curry mix for preparing the Kadala curry. This pre-cooked mix contains Onion,Chilli,Masalas,Oil,Salt and all other ingredients for preparing the Kadala curry. You just need to add the soaked kadala and water/coconut milk to this mix and cook till it is done.

How to Prepare?

Step 1: Soak 1Kg of kadala/chickpeas for 8 hours.

Step 2: Add the Soaked Kadala/Chickpeas along with Kerala Kadala Curry Mix and 600ml water( Take mix proportionately, if the kadala is less than 1Kg)

Step 3: Cook till it done

Optional: Add Cashew paste for more taste.
