Kerala Fish Curry Mix-60gm

Kerala Fish Curry Mix is a ready to cook curry mix for preparing the Fish curry. This pre-cooked mix contains Onion,Chilli,Masalas,Oil,Salt,kudampuli and all other ingredients for preparing the Fish curry. You just need to add the cleaned fish pieces and water to this mix and cook till it is done.

How to prepare

Step 1. Wash and clean 1kg of fish pieces.

Step 2. Marinate the fish pieces with Kerala fish curry mix ( if the fish pieces are less than 1Kg, take the mix proportionately) for 10 minutes.

Step 3. Add 400ml water along with the kudampuli given in the packet to the marinated fish pieces and cook till done.

Optional: You can add more kudampuli, if required.
